Fees and Insurance

I am an in network provider Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and for those with other insurance coverage, I will work with you to seek reimbursement.

My fee is typically $125-$150 for individual and group sessions. I am sometimes able to offer a sliding scale on a limited basis.

I offer Life Coaching in packages of 6 one hour sessions, generally at $150 per session.
